The idea of understanding Urbanism as “plural experience and not a singular event” allows somewhat unfinished yet more accurate representation of reality; the observation of the cultural landscape and the personal and subjective narratives of the flaneur both become important tools to witness and express moments of interaction. I think using the medium of video to represent these intangible aspects of Urbanism and to engage the public in the urban planning process is interesting and useful. But I also wonder how can we gather feedback and implement them. Is there a more interactive and immediate way of communicating with the public? Could we devise an instant rating system for architecture and urbanism?
