A mod office block, late-50s design, two-stories with plate glass and aluminum and lovely cut-away glass storefronts. Very active commercial block for many years, with Coopers Dress Shop, College Wine, eateries and salons. Evacuated in anticipation of development and that dormancy spawned a handful of temporary uses, the free Skool, tutoring program, meetings and music and storytelling of wide variety, immersive art installations, and Interactive Crown Street, may 16-19, 2013. The building was leveled in february 2014.
